How many nerds does it take to make assassin’s creed 2?

Apparently, it takes approximately 450 nerds to change this light bulb.

Recently, NowGamer’s Christopher Reynolds had the chance to speak with Assassin’s Creed 2 producer, Sebastien Puel, who informed everyone that the team is certainly as large as the game, to scale of course. According to Puel, 75% of the original Assassin’s Creed team is working on this sequel.

“The team's size for the second title of Assassin's Creed 2 is about three times the size of the team of the first game," said Puel.

Also mentioned was that the team originally had envisioned “thousands of ideas”, but many didn’t make it into the game. With Assassin’s Creed 2, they were able to “integrate” those ideas. That leaves us to wonder just what could they come up with with that many ideas?
